Leaving a Gift in Your Will
With a gift to Charlies Foundation for Research in your Will, you’re leaving a lasting, life-saving legacy, supporting pioneering medical research that will transform the lives of patients and their families into the future. It may even make a vital difference in the treatment of your loved ones.
We have recently developed a Gift in Will booklet which talks more about the impact a gift your will can have on future generations of Western Australians. Click here to read more.
Why make a will?
In essence, a will is a legal document outlining how to distribute your assets and estate after your death. But in reality, a will does a lot more.
At a time of emotional stress, your will provides your loved ones with a clear understanding of your wishes, thereby avoiding unnecessary uncertainty and even conflict.
How to leave a gift in your will
If you are considering leaving a gift in your Will for the first time or wanting to revisit your current plan, Charlies Foundation for Research is a trusted partner who will ensure that your gift carries out your vision for the future.
To ensure your gift is recorded correctly in your Will, we recommend engaging a solicitor. Click here for some examples of suggested wording to include a gift to Charlies Foundation for Research in your Will.
